All bookings MUST be made online in advance and every driver MUST complete their driver registration prior to arrival time.

All Main Track drivers must be 12 years and older and a minimum 1.5m tall.

All Cadet drivers must be aged 8 years and older and must be a minimum of 1.3m tall.

All Bambino Drivers and Riders must be 4 years and older.

Any driver aged under 15 years old, must have an adult over the age of 18 to sign them in. Any drivers under 16 years old without an adult present, will be unable to race. 

Drivers MUST wear sensible shoes, i.e., trainers.  Open toe footwear, Crocs and high heels are NOT ALLOWED! 

No refund if incorrect foot wear is worn. 


You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your event track time to ensure that we have enough time to get everyone signed in, fully kitted up with their race wear and to watch the heath and safety video briefing.

Fully sanitised personal race suits and helmets are provided, in a variety of sizes.  

All drivers will receive a safety briefing prior to driving. 

Please note, that we only allow full faced helmets, should drivers wish to bring their own. These must be checked by a senior member of staff.

No hoodied garnents or scarfs are premited. This also includes hijabs, turbans and other eligions head wear. We will provide balaclavas (at a cost) and a private space for changing. 

It is mandatory for every driver to have a gloves and balaclava. These can be added at the time of booking for £6.00 per person. These are then yours to take away and reuse for future visits.


If a red flag is raised on the track due to an incident involving you as a driver, Surbiton Raceway reserves the right to prevent you from returning to the track for safety purposes. There will be NO REFUND if you are the cause of the red flag incident. If the red flag incident was caused by another driver, management will assess your injuries to determine if you can resume driving on the track.


All drivers MUST be 12 - 14 years old. No adults allowed.

All Drivers MUST meet the required criteria in order to race on a UNRESTRICTED YOUTH session.

Surbiton Raceway resevers the right to request proof of ID

Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time unless Surbiton Raceway are unable to run your event.  Surbiton Raceway reserve the right to cancel the event if we do not receive payments prior to the respective dates.


Karting at Surbiton Raceway Regulations: Individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, or other conditions affected by physical exertion, including pregnancy, are advised against participating in Karting at Surbiton Raceway. Alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Participants showing signs of consumption will not be allowed to take part in any events. Surbiton Raceway reserves the right to immediately terminate your activity if your behavior, or that of any booking member, is considered unsafe, violent, or likely to cause harm, distress, or disturbance to others. Refunds, compensation, or expenses will not be provided in such instances. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the event, and staff can remove anyone displaying signs of intoxication. Please note: Drivers who are exceptionally tall, short, or heavy may face challenges fitting into the karts. The recommended maximum height is 6’5” and weight is 20 stone. Surbiton Raceway has the authority to remove any driver driving excessively slow, posing a danger to themselves or other drivers on the track.

Surbiton Raceway reserve the right to amend any of the events without your prior consent.
